15th Annual CUNA Marketing
and Business Development Council Conference
Sunday, March 16 - Wednesday, March 19, 2008
Nashville, Tennessee

Why Be a Partner?

Each year, several hundred credit union marketing and business development professionals meet together for four days during the annual CUNA Marketing and Business Development Council (CMBDC) Conference. Today’s marketing and business development professionals are typically at the executive level for their respective credit unions and are key decision makers.

Much of the success of our annual conference is due to the support of our vendor partners. Our partners’ financial support helps us provide nationally recognized speakers, special activities and events, and facilities that attract today and tomorrow’s top credit union marketing professionals.
Your commitment of support for our 2008 CMBDC Conference will be rewarded prior to, during and even after the conference with a variety of opportunities to gain direct recognition for your business, the services you provide, and opportunities for face-to-face discussions with these decision-makers. Depending upon the level of sponsorship that you select, you’ll have numerous opportunities to establish new contacts and solidify existing relationships.

We continue to add exciting sponsorship opportunities for you. Check out the list below for all of the possibilities.

What Activities Are Not Permitted?

The purpose of the CMBDC Partners Program is to provide vendors with the opportunity to support the annual conference and in return receive considerable name recognition and direct networking opportunities. We request that our Partners use good judgment and business practices while interacting with our membership. Activities or behaviors considered less than productive jeopardize the value of the conference for our members and may result in termination of the Partner relationship.

Please note that any activity not sanctioned by the CUNA Marketing and Business Development Council Conference Committee and Council staff may not be advertised as part of the Partners Program. The Council reserves the right to prohibit distribution of non-sanctioned materials within the designated conference areas of the Hotel. The CMBDC also requests that Partners avoid extra-curricular activities such as hospitality suites. Absolutely no Partner activities shall be scheduled that would conflict with the Conference Program, especially those that might distract members from the main program.

We sincerely appreciate your support of these guidelines.
