Speaker Information

Jason M. Dias
Better Training, Trainer-Historian-Consultant
New Braunfels, TX

Jason M. Dias is a nationally recognized speaker, consultant and facilitator in the areas of Generational Marketing and Management. His speaking style is candid, direct and has been uniformly praised by credit unions across the country for his ability to inform and inspire.

Jason's career has been in the areas of financial services, training and technology sales. His list of credit union clients include some of the largest and influential credit unions and leagues in the country. He has worked with almost every Credit Union League west of the Mississippi as well as the Georgia and South Carolina Leagues. This year alone, he will address over 4000 credit union professionals; talking openly and honestly about the challenges faced by credit unions in an exceedingly competitive marketplace.

He is most proud of his service to his country. At age 17 he graduated from high school and turned the opportunity to attend college to enlist in the United States Army where he served with the 7th Infantry Division at Fort Ord, California. His subsequent college studies were interrupted in 1990 when he was recalled to military service for Operation Desert Storm. During the opening nights of the first Gulf War, he promised himself someday he would enjoy quiet evenings somewhere in the Texas Hill Country. Today he enjoys the peace and quiet of the Texas Hill Country town of New Braunfels.
