Member Spotlight: Dana Rosales

Dana Rosales is business development manager for Shell New Orleans Federal Credit Union in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dana was born and raised in New Orleans and lives in one of its suburbs. She has been married for 17 years and has two children, two boxers, and a seventeen-year-old cat. The family is still recovering from Hurricane Katrina. Her goal is to help put New Orleans back together, and better than it was before.

Biggest challenge

Recovering from Hurricane Katrina and continuing to add affiliate groups. I have added quite a few since the storm. One is a 300-person group. I have also re-established strong contact with over 85% of my former affiliate groups.

Best advice

Be fun and creative in your marketing campaigns and relationship building with your affiliate contacts.

Keep my finger on the pulse of the industry by having access to the latest trends, techniques, and many great how-to tips.
