Thursday, March 17 Following the continental breakfast and opening ceremonies, the keynote address, “Dream Big! What’s the Best that Can Happen?” will be delivered by business consultant and motivational speaker Barbara Sanfilippo. Breakout sessions in the morning are on branding, increasing wallet share, and growing membership through SEG penetration. After a luncheon presentation entitled “Winning in Overtime” by Mark Adams of EnthusiAdams, afternoon sessions include media strategies and sales leadership. Don’t miss the late-afternoon best practice presentations, when Best Practice award winners share their secrets to success. Also stick around for the silent auction and reception, which will benefit the Credit Union Political Action Committee. Friday, March 18 The morning kicks off the State of the (Credit) Union Address by Dick Ensweiler, president of the Texas Credit Union League. His presentation is followed by breakout sessions that cover mortgage strategies, lending in the 21st century, operation differentiation, and tracking success in business development. Join in one of three roundtables in the early afternoon: E-marketing, lending, and business development. Professional of the Year, Business Development Professional of the Year, and Diamond/Merit award winners will be announced at the Recognition Dinner. Saturday, March 19 After a continental breakfast, case studies on the Spanish/Hispanic market, Generation Y market, and methods for serving those of modest means are presented. The closing address, “Making the Dreams a Reality,” is presented by Patrick Adams, EVP of St. Louis Community Credit Union.
