New powered "Job Search" offers enhanced resource to CUNA Council websites.

A new and powerful online employment tool has been released, replacing the prior job database. The new “Job Search”, which is powered by Job Target, offers a vast array of personalized tools and automated functionality.

For those who haven't seen the Job Search, now is a great time to learn about this valuable resource, and how it may be of use to yourself and your credit union.

Some of the added features include:

  • JOB POSTINGS: Your organization will have the ability to post job openings directly to our users. These postings are maintained in a highly organized format to allow excellent searching capabilities so that the right candidates find your opportunity.

  • "MY RECRUITING" ACCOUNT

    The "My Recruiting" account is where you manage all aspects of your account. This includes storage of Candidate Profiles, both actively and passively being considered.

  • COMPANY & CANDIDATE PROFILES

    Company Profiles of your business can be quickly made. Candidates use these profiles to learn more about your company and decide which companies they would be interested in working for.
    Candidate Profiles are collected from both active and passive job seekers. These profiles are much like resumes but are enhanced with additional information.
